In an effort to accommodate her aging fan base, the 57-year old pop singer has changed her tune. In her new Viagra tour, Madonna seems less interested in pushing buttons and breaking sexual taboos than in fiber supplements and reading glasses.

“I’m not as young as I used to be, and some of my fans are pushing 70,” the pop provocateur said. “So I’ve had to make some changes. I’m nothing if not adaptable.”

The Viagra tour is being sponsored by the drug’s maker, Pfizer, as well as Polident Denture Adhesive Cream and Centrum Silver. In addition, Madonna has changed her songs to account for changing tastes. Her new set list includes the hits ‘Borderline Diabetic’, ‘Medicare Girl’, and ‘Like a Vegan’.
